We are currently looking for new or gently used winter coats.
FURNITURE DONATIONS
To arrange for a furniture pick up outside of New Haven of the items listed below, please send photos to [email protected].
They will charge a discounted fee for pick up. Otherwise we accept furniture at our donation center on Monday mornings.
*We are only picking up dressers and small sofas in New Haven right now. Send photos to [email protected]. Expect a two week turn-around for pick-ups.
Furniture we accept:
-Tall Dressers (smaller)
-Dining tables and chairs
-End tables
-Small sofas
-Rugs
We DO NOT accept:
-Stained, moldy, or malfunctioning furniture or household goods
-Excessively large or heavy furniture
-Pull out sofas
-Mattresses
-Bed frames
-Cribs
-China cabinets/Credenza’s
-Knick Knacks
-Clothes (but we do accept baby clothes and winter jackets)
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
We accept household items every Monday between 9:30-12:30pm
Our donation drop off location is located at 75 Hamilton St. New Haven, 06511.
We are just off exit 2 on I-91. We share a large white building with Electric Wholesalers INC. (EW). After entering the parking lot from Hamilton street, drive to the opposite side of the lot past EW. We are on the right hand side behind the loading docks.
You will see signs for the IRIS Donation Center. You can bring your donations to the garage door as indicated by the signage.
We do not accept clothing, but are currently accepting winter coats and infant clothing.
